We need a new member of our tightly-knit team - an international sales manager.
Requirements:
Excellent grasp of IT and web development, ability to understand customers’ needs and solve customers’ problems by the means of IT
Master’s degree (engineering, especially related to software, preferred)
Fluent, correct spoken and written English. Command of other european languages, Japanese or Chinese a plus.
Work experience 3+ years. Experience in software development as developer or project manager a definite plus.
Job description:
Evaluate incoming sales leads, follow right leads.
Understand customers’ needs and solve customers’ problems by the means of IT
Write proposals (together with analysts)
Negotiate contract with the customer
Manage customer relationship, act as customer representative within the company and resolve the problems
Develop account
