Помогите с обновлениями

люди не запускает wuauserv че делать:
через cmd пишет служба авт. обн. не запущена
через wintools ошибка при запуске
а в WU.txt :

These may be BITS jobs that are queued. Try clearing the BITS (background intelligent transfer service) cache, you can use bitsadmin from a command prompt:
bitsadmin.exe /reset

or stop the BITS service and delete the 2 dat files from
c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\microsoft\network\downloader

Набери в коммандной строке bitsadmin.exe /reset
Либо останови BITS сервис и сотри два dat файла в c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\microsoft\network\downloader

If you do not have access to the installation CD, you can download the support tools from Windows XP Service Pack 2 Support Tools.

А второй пункт почему не попробовали? Религия не позволяет?

неа оба не помогают ;[   Слушай а путь какой должен быть???
мой \SystemRoot\\SystemRoot\\SystemRoot\\SystemRoot\C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs

Путь до чего? Вобщем как я понимаю вы в винде ничего не понимаете? Тогда возьмите и переставьте заново. Будет проще похоже.
