Title: Изменения в программе сертификации CCNA

25/06/2007 анонсирована новая ступень в программе подготовки сертифицированных специалистов Cisco.
ССENT (Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician).
по сути - уровень предшествующий CCNA. Так и называется - сертифицированный теехник

Второе изменение касается самой программы CCNA.
С 26/07 из программы сертификации CCNA убирается экзамен INTRO и сертификация CCNA выглядит как:
ICND1 640-822 +  ICND2 640-816, или CCNA 640-802 composite

Экзамены будут доступны с 01/08/2007.

Согласно новости, сертификационный экзамен CCNA разделяется на три ветки:
- CCNA Security
- CCNA Voice
- CCNA Wireless

Первые два экзамена будут доступны с 24 июня, беспроводная же ветка - с 25 июля. Так же ожидается поднятие цен на экзамены со 150 до 260 долларов США (без учета наценки региональных сертификационных центров).

экзамен о котором тут идет речь - это 642-436 Cisco Voice over IP или это 640-460 Implementing Cisco IOS Unified Communications ? И по какому руководству лучше всего готовиться? Или есть отдельный экзамен CCNA Voice? Если да, то укажите его номер, пожалуйста.

CCNA Voice Certification


The Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA® Voice) validates associate-level knowledge and skills required to administer a voice network. The Cisco® CCNA Voice certification confirms that the required skill set for specialized job roles in voice technologies such as voice technologies administrator, voice engineer, and voice manager. It validates skills in VoIP technologies such as IP PBX, IP telephony, handset, call control, and voicemail solutions.

The CCNA Voice Certification enterprise option assesses skills and knowledge related to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.0 (CUCM) 6.0. It is typically employed by large organizations such as governments, large companies, and colleges. The CVOICE #642-436 exam will be required for this option.

The CCNA Voice Certification commercial option assesses skills and knowledge related to the Cisco CallManager Express (CME) and Cisco Unity Express (CUE) solutions typically used by medium and small organizations such as companies with less than 2,000 employees, retail businesses, and small school districts. The IIUC exam #640-460 will be required for this option.

Important information regarding CCNA Voice Certification
On Oct. 19, 2010, Learning@Cisco announced the refresh of the CCNA Voice certification. The refresh reflects the convergence of data, voice, and video on the network. The new exam, ICOMM v8.0 will replace the existing IIUC exam. The last day to test using the IIUC exam will be February 28, 2011. In addition, the last day to use the enterprise option to earn CCNA Voice Certification is Feb. 28, 2011.
